BENEDETTA SEVERI ARCHITECT - BIOGRAPHY
After a Master in Architecture at Politecnico di Torino (Italy), in 2005 she joins Anna Giorgi and Partners architecture firm in Milan (Ita) accomplishing various activities from urban planning to private and residential architecture, interiors restoration and industrial design. Among the most important projects, the construction of the five stars Relais Mont Blanc in Courmayeur (Ita). In 2007 she starts an independent activity for Private Committee, still ongoing, focusing on interior design. In 2014 she joins Locatelli Partners, an international firm based in Milan (Ita) which focuses on architecture of new buildings, shops and showrooms worldwide. Among the main projects accomplished, there is a 1000sqm Paul & Shark Flagship Store in Milan, a 600sqm Joel Robuchon restaurant in Milan as well as private apartments for high net worth individuals in fashion and finance. From 2014 she is partner and co- founder of Projects in Common based in Milan, London and Turin. Business fields of activity: workspaces/banks, retail, hotels/restaurants, private houses, temporary design.
GUENDALINA DI LORENZO ARCHITECT - BIOGRAPHY
After a Master in Architecture in Italy, from 1997 to 2000 she lived and worked in London where, with Andrew Martin and Harper Mackay Architects, she designed hotels and restaurant interiors, offices and fashion showrooms. Among her clients: Hilton Hotels, Channel 4 Tv and Vivienne Westwood. In 2000 she joined Ettore Sottsass in Milan designing and supervising home, leisure, office and retail interiors in Italy and abroad. In 2003 she established her own practice in Milan. At this time she also worked as architectural consultant for magazines like Abitare and Panorama. From 2007 to 2014 she was regular lecturer at Interior Design Master at Domus Academy and Scuola Politecnica di Design in Milan and lectured in Hong Kong and Istanbul. In 2015 she was visiting professor at IED, Istituto Europeo di Design in Turin. She is currently working on residential projects in Milan, Parma and Rome; she has recently completed some residential projects in Chamonix and London and the office headquarters of an English and an American investment funds in Milan. Since 2014 she is also a partner and co-founder of the association of architecture practices Projects in Common, based in Milan, Turin, London and Paris. The main design activities are: office/banks design, retail, hotel/ restaurant, residential and temporary (exhibition design/art/culture).
FABRIZIO LEPORE ARCHITECT - BIOGRAPHY
Fabrizio has a Master in Architecture from the University Federico II in Naples, Italy, a Master in Design Studies from Harvard University and he has been a Visiting Scholar in Urban Design at Columbia University in New York. After working with Santiago Calatrava in Paris and Emilio Ambasz in New York, he co-founded C+ Farinaro Lepore Architetti Associati in Milan, working on projects for high-profile fashion stores, showrooms, luxury residences, residential complexes and private homes, as well as competition projects for office buildings and public institutions’ headquarters. For many years he taught in the Master courses at Domus Academy in Milan and lectured in Moscow, Seoul e Teheran. In 2011 he moved to London, where he founded his own practice Fabrizio Lepore Architect. After working on the development of luxury fashion branded hospitality projects, currently his activity is focused on residential and exhibition design. At the beginning of 2020 he coordinated the project for a site specific art installation in London King’s Cross, commissioned by the tv channel Sky Arte. Since 2014 he is a founding partner of Projects in Common, an association of architecture practices based in London, Milan, Turin and Paris, The main design activities are: office/bank design, retail, hotel/restaurant, residential and temporary (exhibition design / art / culture).
CHIERO laboratoire - BIOGRAPHY
Giovanna Chimeri and Stefano Robotti, after more than ten years working alongside Renzo Piano, Dominique Perrault and Philippe Starck, founded CHIERO Laboratoire in Paris in 2015 with the ambition of creating an interdisciplinary platform dedicated to collaborative work. Trained in Italy and registered with the Île-de-France Order of Architects, they have built solid experience on major projects, from concept to completion, in France and abroad.
The term laboratoire expresses their clear intention to explore, test and innovate. Their practice is defined by an open, flexible approach that combines rigor with collective dynamism. Since its inception, CHIERO has favored network-based work and the coordination of diverse skills. Based in a co-working environment, the agency operates as an “osmotic” structure, fostering tailored synergies, encounters and collaborations according to each commission.
The long-standing relationship of trust built with Dominique Perrault and Philippe Starck has led to collaborations on major projects in France, Spain, Italy, Switzerland and Luxembourg. These experiences continue to nourish a practice rooted in exchange, enhanced by digital tools such as BIM and video workshop sessions.
Since 2025, the agency has been a partner of the collective Projects in Common, based in Milan, Turin, London and Paris. Their fields of activity include: workplaces, retail, hospitality, private housing and temporary design.
